★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天辦理過戶，雖然裡頭沒有一個專門指引辦理業務的服務人員，不過我人一進去，右斜前方的窗口小姐馬上就走出來詢問我要辦理什麼，教導我要先填寫什麼單子，後來填完單子後，坐在大門一進去左手邊的先生就主動來幫我辦理事項，處理的很仔細很清楚，服務態度與專業素質極佳?
過戶時記得帶印章和身分證，建物權狀我也有帶，不過自來水和電力公司辦理時都沒用到，瓦斯公司的過戶則有用到，所以建議還是帶著以備不時之需～

Afterwards, the gentleman sitting on the left hand side of the gate took the initiative to help me with the matter. He handled it very carefully and clearly, with excellent service attitude and professional quality ?
Remember to bring your seal and ID card when transferring the ownership. I also have the building title certificate, but I didn’t use it for the water and electricity companies, and the gas company’s transfer, so it is recommended to bring it with you in case you need it~

來此辦事， 意外發現外面的櫻花開得好漂亮！！
中午休息時間12點到1點，沒有值勤人員，相當的不便民，可惜了！！
