When the voice is connected to the phone, press 9 to answer the switchboard! Repeated breaks! Try multiple times! Not connected! Transfer to the Central Service Office! The situation is the same! Then call another service station (Taiping District) and finally someone answers! And friendly Q&A! The service offices in Dali and Zhongqu are really dumbfounded!
