★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 出入口是金屬斜坡在下雨天會非常的滑,11/26經過滑倒大約一分鐘沒辦法自行站起來,當天立刻致電管理公司希望他們正視這個問題,不希望有其他的人因為停車場的設施而受傷。管理公司完全沒有要處理的意思,只說你有醫藥費再把單據給我我們,出險就好。今天如果跌倒的是你自己的媽媽、是你懷孕的老婆、高齡阿嬤、或是你五歲的小孩,這種話還說的出口嗎?賠償多少醫藥費是一回事,希望不要再有其他人因為停車場的設施而受傷。
The entrance and exit are metal slopes which can be very slippery in rainy days. After 11/26, after slipping and falling for about a minute, I couldn't stand up on my own. I immediately called the management company on the same day to hope that they would face up to this problem. I don't want other people to be injured because of the parking lot facilities. The management company didn't mean to deal with it at all. It just said that you have medical expenses and then give me the receipts to get out of the insurance. If it is your own mother, your pregnant wife, the elderly grandma, or your five-year-old child who fell today, is this still a good thing to say? How much to compensate for medical expenses is one thing. I hope that no one else will be injured because of the parking lot facilities.
