★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 杜鵑嶺步道從梨園山莊後面小路進入，全長約2公里，一路上是泥土路鋪上松針落葉，沿途高高低低的坡度，爬起來不費力，中間會經過三個涼亭，杜鵑前亭，杜鵑亭，另一個無名，走累了，在涼亭坐一坐，俯瞰山下的關刀溪和對面的高山，十分壯觀秀麗，是親民友善又可以運動到的步道~
環狀O型回到原點，中間有一岔路，可以爬到小木屋區的觀景台，園區摺頁寫到，這一段目前正在整修中，不建議前往，所以O型爬一圈，回原點續接梨園山莊下方的茶道，接上青蛙石步道，想好好運動的人可以繼續加油。
