★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 上方的風景真的360度無死角，超級推薦上來看看美景拍拍照，但是小黑蚊很多，建議穿著長袖長褲才不會被叮，且車位不多，且上坡路段陡峭，開車小心～

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一座砲形紀念碑，聳立山巔，從入口仰頭一望，氣勢驚人。
山頂展望絕佳，360度無遮蔽，東南西北一望無遺。
A cannon-shaped monument stands on the top of the mountain, looking up from the entrance, it is amazing.
The top of the mountain has an excellent outlook, 360 degrees without shelter, and the south, east, and northwest are unobstructed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 走上來感覺人都快沒了 可以慢慢走 不然會很累 要爬數個坡和很多樓梯 不過非常值得 風景非常漂亮 可以看到整個通宵與西濱 很建議要爬上去

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日俄戰爭紀念碑位於苗栗通霄虎頭山公園最高處。1904年2月爆發日俄戰爭，因虎頭山位居地勢險要之處，日本遂派軍駐紮此地，藉以觀察敵情。1905年5月，俄國軍鑑途經台灣海峽，虎頭山上的通信兵隨即通報，俄國因而潰敗。大正年間，日本為感念此地對日俄戰役的貢獻，遂建立「日露戰役望樓紀念碑」記錄這段光榮歷史。台灣光復後，則改立為「台灣光復紀念碑」。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這個紀念碑還蠻特別的，位在虎頭山的頂端，環顧四週無任何障礙，這在過去應該是個炮台，因為可以控制週邊海域，所以我相信是紀念日俄戰爭，因俄支援戰艦通過被發現，而致俄國戰敗，否則日人不會在此立碑。
This monument is quite special. It is located at the top of Hutou Mountain, and there are no obstacles to look around. It should have been a fort in the past, because it can control the surrounding waters, so I believe it is a commemoration of the Russo-Japanese War. And lead to the defeat of Russia, otherwise the Japanese would not have erected a monument here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 好停車，一下車走沒幾個階梯就是砲台和台灣光復紀念碑了
紀念碑那的景觀是360度環景完全無死角、無遮蔽物，真的很美
旁邊有步道，都有樹遮陽，步道短短的（中間也有一個洗手間）有樹遮陽，所以走起來舒服，老少咸宜
來這個景點一定會經過神社，可以順便參觀
在神社下面有一個正在興建的休憩所，預計完工日111.7.1日

When you come to this scenic spot, you must pass the shrine and you can visit by the way.
There is a rest house under construction under the shrine, and the expected completion date is 111.7.1
