★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我是等級的鑽石熊會員，千萬不要在台灣大車隊計程車上遺失物品，我一下車就發現我遺失物品了，計程車就在前面50公尺處等紅燈，立刻使用APP聯絡司機響了很久就不接，之後車子就駛離，必須要使用遺失協尋才會得到60秒的通話（司機會告知APP不會顯示號碼所以拒接，那APP有這個功能是要整人嗎？）, 然後還要支付車資才能夠要回；聯絡客服之後聯絡上司機，對方告知叫我去很遠的派出所自己去領，還要兩個小時之後才可以去；最後感謝台灣大車隊，讓我體悟千萬不要再亂花錢搭服務這麼爛的車隊！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 三月上旬該車隊彰化市司機繞遠路被我抓包，已要求退刷卡費用外，同月中旬該車隊彰化市另位司機拒載、惡意前來叫車地點查看、辱罵我與家人。這兩次經驗讓我對該車隊計程車司機素質完全沒有信心。
In the first ten days of March, the driver of the team in Changhua City was caught by me on a detour, and I had requested a refund of the card swiping fee. In the middle of the same month, another driver of the team in Changhua City refused to take the car, maliciously came to the car-hailing location to check, and insulted me and my family. These two experiences gave me no confidence in the quality of the team's taxi drivers.

Distance from Liaoning night market to Zhongxiao Xin Sheng mrt which supposed to be ntd80 but was charged ntd140 after this taxi driver made a huge round before we can go back to our hotel. Very sad to know that he has destroyed Taiwanese image with his dishonesty!

I had really bad experience today, this morning while I was very late to office so that I decided to take taxi instead of BUS.
I didn't expect the driver won't have any changes even to change 500NTD, once I arrived in office I gave him 500NTD, he said he has no changes, and show me he got only 1000NTD one pieces and bring it up and show me, very rudely!
No changes, No coins, No credit card availability, then why do you drive the taxi? is customer always need to have 100NTD for you and right coin amount ?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caught a 55688 taxi around midday from Lishui street in Taipei. We got into the taxi where the driver asks where we are going. He starts driving as we tell him the address to our hotel but he says that you can’t go this way, so he takes a loop back to where we started to go the ‘right’ way. By now we were a bit suspicious so we got up Google Maps and gave him the quickest way to get there. He continues on by trying to waste time and get more money by saying that certain roads were one way and Google Maps was wrong. Throughout this whole trip, he was taking a longer path to get to our hotel and trying to waste time by talking or driving slow. I would most certainly not recommend 55688 but if you have to, tell the driver to FOLLOW GOOGLE MAPS (IT IS RIGHT) so they don’t waste your money and your time.
