★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just a cigar bar to hang out. Just like those PCC cigar bars in HK. The service here sucks. Attendants were eating dinner in the cigar puffing lounge. The food aroma seriously affected cigar aroma, especially when they ate something with heavy garlic and red hot chillies. No offense to their dinner time. BUT I rather NOT mingle my E2 with their dinner, given the higher price tags in Taipei.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great range of cigars however the service attitude of staff needs work. Lack of management support is clear, staff don't know how to smile and isn't proactive to upsell. They turned off TVs and air conditioning at 2330hrs while advertising that they are opened until 12 mid night. Monies better spent else where.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am by no means a cigar connoisseur but the place is real posh and it has a very large (probably largest in Taipei) selection of cigars from all over the world - including Cubans. Prices seems to be about average for non-duty free cigars and competitively priced. If you are smoking it at the shop - which is extremely well-ventilated - there is a minimum of 500NT per person. Also, they sell alcohol by the bottles only and their lowest year is 16 for whisky (bottles start around 3000NT).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice ambience but staff attitude needs improvement. Coming from Pacific Cigars itself, it’s somewhat disappointing. Ordered a bottle of red wine and they only have 2 choices. Asked for a decanter and the manager decline. Saying house wines don’t need a decanter. Did not even pour the wine for us. We need to pour ourselves. Guess they only give services to regular members here. I am a member at various cigar clubs and really find that the service needs improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It would be good if they can serve some food like cheese platter to make a more complete whiskey, cognac and cigar. The environment is cosy and have great choice of Cuban cigar . You can have great whiskey and cognac to choose from. You can even keep the bottle if you can’t finish though..
