★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務態度不佳！提出水費單暴漲異常，直接回說是用戶家漏水！申請拆水錶檢驗並要求要測逆水流，也沒測逆水流！水錶更新後每天度數就正常了，更新舊水錶前我家沒找水電修繕任何項目，因為根本不是我家在漏水；我家水塔一噸，故障水錶一天可以轉三度；當發現水費異常等換新水錶的日子，只好很麻煩的自行控制水錶進水，每天開水錶進水後馬上關水錶，隔天再查看並記錄用水、進水度數，這樣管控每天用水度數就是正常的；若是當天不關水錶水流開關，度數就會異常；讓用戶多繳了幾仟元的水費和檢驗費，真是令人生氣
