常無預警通知就斷水,去電查詢回覆緊急維修,2年內約4-5次這樣的頻率 會不會太頻繁了,至少告 知一聲這樣務觀感很差

5/03 早上發現水塔沒水,請水電行人員前來協助處理,確認是自來水沒進水導致。因此致電自來水公司,從總機小姐開始就是一副不耐煩的樣子然後轉接工務部門,一位女性公務員接的電話,告知狀況後,查詢系統說所在區域沒有異常,語帶懷疑的留下我們的用戶資料及聯絡資料,回覆說當天一定會派人前來處理,並未與我放聯繫。結果到了下午4點快半,遲遲未有人來電,因此再次去電工務單位,這次是另一位男性人員接的電話。在耐心的把原委再次說明一次後,一樣不耐的留下我方資料並說會聯絡相關人員立即聯繫我們。或許是快到下班時間,感覺無心處理,明明我們聯絡資訊沒重複提供完,就急忙掛電話。果真,過了5點下班時間,一樣音訊杳然,全無人員來電詢問。等待了漫長沒水可用的一天,清楚了原來這就是所謂的公家機關的服務水平… 付費民眾的不便完全視若無睹。 很想請教是否有人可以提供超級有效的申訴途徑,看能否換得民眾該有的服務。唉…
