原先公告傳單只停22小時 如今都已經40小時過去了 就是沒水 要客服把網站復水公告撤銷還不行 只會一直跳針說會反映給工程單位 然後呢 沒水就是你家的事

前一天停水一整天,隔一天5:30停水當天8點才公告,讓人來不及存水!顯示12:30復水,等了一整天都沒水!電話打不進去只能打客服,客服表示會請自來水中心回應供水問題但一整天下來都沒接到回應!如果要持續停水也應該通知住戶,什麼都不處理真的很不負責任的態度!

水費飆高的時侯,通報水公司,就是不處理;管線問題處理完後,恢復正常,水費也恢復以前的水準,反而水錶查的勤,還換了副水錶。是制度問題嗎?還是舊有的官僚心態導至? 那先前飆高而多繳的水費呢!? 要民眾對這樣的機構信任,沒有給民眾相對的處理;算了吧!
