In the second year of the Kangxi period of Qing Dynasty (1663), Jinjiang County, Quanzhou, Fujian Province, five people including Xu Peiyuan, Hong Jizhou, He Shiping, Zhou Yide, and Li Zhongcheng, princes from Nezha, an incense burner made in the Ming Dynasty Xuande, landed in Chiayi Budai Port, and went to Xinying Reclamation, later created Caoan worship.
