門市人員都很熱心,即使是臨時決定去,也都很幫忙回答疑問。賴小姐的服務態度真的很好,報價速度快,因廚房空間小,盡心規劃空間,並提供良好建議。

有預約跟沒預約一樣?,週日店員只留一個,接應不暇,結果預約一個一小時的時段講不到半小時,介紹過程斷斷續續,一組幾十萬的東西推銷接待的感覺只有這樣,無法認同,能代理Takara的店不是只有一間,大家可以考慮去別的地方看看。

第一次踏進鼎鼎大名的Takara 廚具有點失望!有預約才過去參觀,提早到了現場,服務人員還在跟客人介紹,我們客氣的回應,是我們早到了,我們自己先晃晃沒關係的! 快到我們預約時間時,服務人員突然過來跟我們說話(前組客人還在場)服務人員用很快的語速,詢問了我們的廚房多大,後續過程服務人員不太主動介紹、反而是有點等著我們自己提出問題。 「可以幫我們介紹一下板材嗎?」、「可以幫我們介紹一下顏色嗎?」 可以幫我們介紹一下把手嗎? 可以幫我們介紹一下上櫃嗎? 以上都是我主動詢問,服務人員才介紹的內容 最後我提起,那樓下的Edel系列也可以幫我們介紹一下嗎?服務人員才帶我們下樓。 談話全程服務人員用很快的語速、一下跟我們介紹,一下應付上一組客人。 雖然最後服務人員告訴我們因為假日所以人手不足,但畢竟我們也是特地從外縣市過去,也事先預約,卻無法好好的了解商品!對於本次到訪、Takara代理商這樣的素質真的覺得很失望!

兩週前已先預約參觀但感覺沒用,因為到場還是會因爲有臨時參觀的客人而被干擾,之後即使留了基本資料,過了兩週也沒有任何消息。建議服務品質再加強。

完完全全沒有介紹TAKARA廚具,劈頭就問你廚房的尺寸,然後直接判斷你能不能裝,其中服務人員還不時的跳針一些讓人無言的問題,感覺就是因為CASE小不想接所以隨便報價膚衍,報價貴到離譜。只能說謝謝再聯絡,應該完全不會想再踏進這間店了

填了線上預約完全沒回覆, 只好直接到現場, 提供了尺寸與預期規劃給設計師, 設計師只願意手寫非細項之報價, 完全不能理解哪個部分可以做取捨, 同樣尺寸下, Takara Edel 報價比 Cleanup Stedia 貴近十萬, 以不同廠商的系列定位來說, Edel 是入門級, Stedia 是中級; 不是很明白為何有如此價差? 設計師也不會給予任何廚房設計上的建議, 特地跑了一趟但有點掃興.

Under the same size, Takara Edel's quotation It is nearly 100,000 more expensive than Cleanup Stedia. According to the series positioning of different manufacturers, Edel is entry-level and Stedia is intermediate. I don’t understand why there is such a price difference? One trip but a bit of a disappointment.

要事先預約,不然沒業務接洽。 改天預約後再去問詳情。 我去時正好已有2組客人,就隨便我自己看。 流理台整體品質覺得很不錯。
Make an appointment in advance, otherwise there is no business contact. Ask for details after making an appointment another day. I happened to have 2 groups of guests when I went, so I just wanted to see for myself. The overall quality of Liu Litai feels very good.
