★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本來很開心的買了一個按摩背的靠背，才買一年多就壞了，拿回去維修小姐說你是不是連續使用才會壞掉！維修中心的先生打來說是零件崩牙，並建議換布套，我問那換了布套是不是還會再壞掉，先生說有可能，我說那這樣是不是商品的瑕疵，先生說你不能這麼說。我買了別家的使用三四年都沒壞過...不會再買高島的產品了，有夠爛的
 I was very happy to buy a massage backrest, but it broke after only a year of purchase. Take it back to the maintenance lady and ask if you use it continuously before it breaks! The husband of the repair center said that the part was broken and suggested to replace the cloth cover. I asked if the cloth cover would break again after changing the cloth cover. The husband said it was possible. I said it was a defect in the product. The husband said You can't say that. I bought another one and used it for three or four years and it hasn’t been broken... I won’t buy Takashima’s products anymore.
