Best Turkish restaurant in Taiwan

C	Chloe Travels on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed. Very pricy for what you get. The food here is photogenic but not very tasty. Meat was dry and its portion was very small. I asked if I could be seated elsewhere because i didn't want a/c air to directly hit my face. The waitress said i had to seat on a two-person table. I didn't understand why it was such a big deal when the restaurant was empty.
A	Alex 史可名 SHIH on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Near NKNU and Kaohsiung cultural center, open almost 10 years, this Turkish restaurant really amazed me by their dishes, I never been to Turkey, but the owner Turkish and his Taiwanese wife made dishes tasty and portion size is big enough for the students and who can eat a lot ;) Service also good, the owner’s wife introduces the menu with the kindly and good patient. Recommended for everyone who wanna try different cuisine and feeling different countries' flavors.

Jeon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ingredients taste fresh, meats from the platter was marinated and seasoned fine, especially the chicken was so tender and flavorful. wasn't huge fan of the beef and the spice it uses ? couldn't figure out the flavor and was too much for me personally. Bread with beef stew reminded me of the French dish, beef bourgnion or Korean dish, galbijjim, all in a good way. the beef here was sooo tender. we got an appetizer (cheese bread?) ended up looking and tasting like fancy flat bread pizza haha but not in a bad way. would order this appetizer again :p So many Turkish decors around the restaurant, it was visually intriguing !
H	Hema N. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a hot day when we went to this restaurant, inside it was really hot, 1 airconditioner was really not enough to keep the whole restaurant cool. After ordering food, it took atleast 30 minutes until we got our food. The food was OK. Personally i didnt like the grilled red meat and chicked, they both were hard to chew and didnt taste well. On the other hand the Lahmacun was GOOD! the salade was OK!
s	shallyn shira on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my first time eating Turkish and it was indeed a good experience! they offer so many kind of foods as you can see on the menu, and we found it hard to choose what to eat, as all of them look so tempting. finally we chose stew beef and cheese chicken pide. The taste felt like heaven, so tasty and perfect! will come back for sure when we visit Kaohsiung in the future.
J	Jamie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cheese pide is really tasty! We got the huge combo platter. The chicken thigh and beef skewers were cooked nicely! The chicken breast and small steak cubes were a little dry. Food came out in a timely manner. We were the only table there on Friday night. Whenever we needed the waitress, we had to go find them as they didn't come check on us at all. Upon ordering the Turkish beer, we were then informed they didn't have it. Wish they mentioned what they don't have at the beginning. Same thing happened during dessert with the rice pudding.
