★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luxurious setting with quality food and excellent service. Be sure to make a reservation or come during non-peak hours because this place gets very busy. One of the interesting features of this restaurant that I particularly like is the fact that they leave a pitcher full of hot broth on your table, which I like to pour into my cup and drink in place of a soft drink. It is also kind of neat that you can place orders from a tablet. Some of my favorite items include the stone pot beef tongue fried rice and salmon cheeks. They also offered me a small shot glass of some sort of vinegar and berry concoction that was delightfully refreshing. Oh, this place also has an abundance of koi fish surrounding it, even out back in the bathroom area! Check them out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious and nice environment like most high-end restaurants in Kaohsiung. Food quality is good compared to its price. Recommended for Japanese yakiniku (BBQ) lovers. Reservations are recommended. Had to queue outside of the restaurant with mosquitos around for more than 1 hours when we walked in without a reservation at around 10 PM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best bbq in Kaohsiung, cozy environment, friendly staff. Customer can choose from variety of pocket saving menu to luxurious menu. Their beef and pork cut is the best, it’s the freshest you can get. You might want to reserve a table earlier, as it is usually crowded during dinner. Traveler will have no worry on getting a taxi as the staff over the counter can traveler on ordering taxi. Will definitely visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for birthday party, friends gathering. Ordered set menu which i highly recommend for the first timers. Everything was really delicious and I didn't feel like any part of the course was a filler. Since we had a birthday party, we received complimentary drinks in a carrefe.
Reservation is a must. You will be seated once all of your party arrives.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here many years ago when I first visited Kaohsiung and remember they served very good BBQ. I came again tonight and found they have added new dishes to the menu and some are pretty creative. Food quality and service are excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall great ambiance. Meat quality was pretty good and service was fantastic. Upon request, they even demonstrated to us how to properly grill the meat although other places have servers that will grill it for you. Three stars cause of the quality of fish. I received mild case of food poisoning after eating here and I'm almost certain it's from the ikura salmon rice.
