★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Karuizawa brand hot pots restaurant 3.0 version, it serves more Taiwanese style flavor pot such as sesame oil or shochu style. But it’s also pricey than other chain stores. The ambience is spacious and cozy. Food is ok. Now it’s new hotspot in Taichung.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food with ample volume by one of the most dominant F&B group in Taichung, with their other brands across Yakiniku, hot pot, sushi, etc.
-the vegetables are all fresh and of high quality
-the shrimps (18 of them!) are delicious as well. Though the peeling part was definitely more work than expected.
-you also get free drinks as you would with their other brands (like Karuizawa)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a huge place but cozy and elegant, and they are always busy. The service is efficient, the broth fragrant, the veggies fresh and plenty, and the refrigerated (not frozen) beef flank an excellent value with lots of flavor and sweet tenderness. For around NT500 per person this is a fantastic place to enjoy Hot Pot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love that Tai Chung has a sesame oil chicken hot pot! Never had it before and it was awesome!
Only comment is that it does have some alcohol flavour to it in the beginning so you need to let the soup boil for a long time before you don't smell or taste the alcohol flavour.
The noodles are excellent!! Need to order it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s was so nice that I really enjoyed this kind of Taiwanese hot pot, there was a robot at front door and it will lead you to your table, the hot pot I ordered was 剝皮辣椒雞 it was delicious. I love it. My friend ordered pork it’s a bit chewy, the beef there is better, but of course it’s more expensive than pork one.
They don’t even charge their perfect service.
Nice place to have a midnight snack(?)
