★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had breakfast at their café last week and disliked it very much. First, we were told there was no gas so we couldn't order a warm meal on winter morning. I know these things can happen anywhere so we ordered an European breakfast and some sandwiches with sweet potato fries instead. When our food arrived (which took over 20 minutes), we weren't given any napkins or creamers for the coffee.
The worst part was when I was taking the cucumber slices out of the sandwich (because I don't like them) and saw a FISH SCALE on one of the slices! How hygienic is that? For a so called fancy hotel this is just outrageous. And the tomatoes had brown parts that should have been cut off. And the strawberry jam was horrible, it tasted like they mixed 2/10 parts of jam and 8/10 parts of corn starch. And the orange juice? Can we even call it juice? Because I think they just used a powder juice mix and put more water than they should have. I'm sure if I had ordered anything else my list would be much longer, fortunately I only ordered those. Very disappointed, if I could give ZERO STARS I definitely would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for a night before heading to the airport the next day.
The hotel's location is great! Right in the center of the city, near to Taoyuan Train Station, lots of shops and food around.
The hotel's front entrance is a little inconvenient, because it's a busy main road and there's a bus stop right near the main entrance; there isn't a recessed area where you can leisurely load/unload stuff from your transport. When I arrived, my taxi had to stop more than 10 meters away from the entrance because the bus stop was crowded and a bus was approaching. There didn't seem to be any bellman around to help unload your luggage, so you're on your own.
I arrived early so I couldn't actually check-in, but they did get all the arrangements done and stored my luggage so that I could go out and do other stuff. When I came back at 3pm (official check-in time), there was nothing much to do except to sign on the check-in document.
My room was on the 8th floor, facing away from the main street and towards the train station. The room was clean, modern, spacious, surprisingly quiet (probably because it wasn't near the main street), well lit. The view from the room wasn't fantastic but wasn't bad either: the other buildings around were shorter so I could see out further (beats having to stare at another building).
They provided some fruits in the room, which was a pleasant surprise.
Temperature control in the room was non-functional. The outside temperature was about 14 degrees Celsius (which was kind of cold for me) and the room felt cold. The air conditioning unit had several modes: cooling, heating, fan, dehumidifying. I wanted to heat up the room but the heating mode doesn't seem to work, with the other modes the room temperature felt cold (the indicator reads 22 degrees), so eventually I had to just switch the unit off, which then meant no ventilation and the room got stuffy after a while.
The Bathroom only had one switch, which control both the bathroom light and the ventilation fan. The bathroom felt really cold and uncomfortable while I was in it, because as the fan draws air out, more cold air from the outside came in. It would have been better if there were separate controls for the light and ventilation fan.
Internet access speed was quite good through their free Wifi. The variety of TV channels available was good too.
There were many food places around the hotel, so getting meals wasn't a problem.
When I booked the hotel, the website that I booked with indicated that the hotel provides transport to the airport. The front desk told me that they don't provide transport, but could book a taxi (larger, roomier one) for me for NT$550. I found out from the driver that if I were to hail a regular taxi (i.e. the smaller ones) it would have cost about NT$500 to the airport (charged according to the meter), which was not much difference and made the roomier taxi a good deal. The alternative is to get on a public bus to the airport, which would be more time consuming.
Overall this would be a nice hotel to stay in, if the air-conditioning in the room were better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here on my last night on my trip visiting family. It's about 20 minutes from the airport so a taxi isn't too expensive if you need to go that route. It's also very close to the train station (10 minute walk) and close to the 3 major malls in Taoyuan.
Very nice accomodations with modern amenities. It can get a little loud if you're facing street side (like my room was), but I was so jet lagged it didn't matter.
Would definitely recommend people to stay here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is fairly good as long as you mainly stay in Taoyuan area and do not have many plans to go out to Taipei. There is Taoyuan train station just behind a block, and it is very easy to find places to eat and shop. However, I could not use hot water when I took a shower in the morning. Hope to make some facilities better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs are Friendly and nice service. And the room is spacious which is a good space to stay for quarantine. And the price are valuable to stay for 15 days quarantine. Moreover, the room is very clean and tidy. Overall, the experience is great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite noisy from outside, you can hear people banging inside your room. There is mold in the corner of the room plus mold in the bathroom. Bathroom is quite small. Food is mediocre. Overall it's not the best. Also if you are a light sleeper bring noise canceling earbuds or something. Will not recommend. Unless you are broke.
