h	hsiu-chun Chang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 行政效率超級差！只有三個櫃檯在辦理綜合業務，外面報稅櫃檯沒什麼人潮，五點準時清空結束，但三個多功能櫃檯還卡著有40-50個待辦人潮，管理的主管不應該想辦法調度人力支援？還是讓待辦人潮擠在裡面等，這三個櫃檯的承辦人員太可憐，感覺只能怪管理階層沒有思考等待人潮怎麼排除，等待民眾也很可憐，我們已經等了快一小時，前面還有30-40人！傻眼！重點是還關掉空調，民眾這樣很悶耶⋯

k	kai Kai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 路過剛好來申請文件，剛好碰到報稅季節，分流明確，現場也有志工（穿背心的）很熱心幫忙，環境不錯，很好停車。不過我大概4:45到達，抽全功能櫃台，大概等到4:55下一個就輪到我，然後有幾個櫃台就開始收拾，只剩下一個櫃台在處理，非常緩慢，接著就開始關燈，5:00輪到我，還好我東西很簡單。沒辦法，公務機關。
