1/19/2021, I called and asked about 712 at about 6:59 in the morning. The attitude of the man who answered the phone was very bad, because the app never showed the arrival time, which made me miss the previous train. I waited another 40 minutes in the cold wind before I could sit. In the next shift, I couldn't tell how long to wait after calling. I didn't apologize at all. I only said in a bad tone that I need to ask someone to fix the app. What kind of attitude! I don't want to give a star

The newly built station doesn't even have a shelter from the wind and rain, and there are no chairs to sit on. It's even worse than the old station.
