A	Andrey Huang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5/15到楊梅區公所，要幫姐夫領防疫包，桃園市民卡資料已先預約，到現場一位阿姨就幫我按了"確認領取"，按完之後另一位年輕男士說，必須要有『健健存摺』的畫面，才能領取，中間的過程就不斷的連繫，請家人提供畫面，也花了一些時間，但是很剛好我姐夫的手機壞了，無法提供。現場人員堅持要有『健健存摺』，我只好摸摸鼻子離開了。後來我也要幫姐姐領防疫包，5/17我就到了"中壢區公所"，整個程序非常流暢，不到兩分鍾我就領取完畢，而且也不需要『健健存摺』。桃園市民卡的畫面，也沒有說到要提供『健健存摺』，所以我5/17打電話到楊梅區公所反應，有這樣的一件事情，希望後面民眾不要失去領取防疫包的權益。楊梅區公所人員已與我連繫，很有誠意，從1顆星改給3顆星，謝謝那位服務人員。工作人員都辛苦了!! 但是專業程度要加油唷!!
