★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like all of the High Speed Rail stations in Taiwan, it is clean and convenient. There are many food options and amenities.
The bus to the station is free. I originally had a ticket for a different date and different station, but at the window they were able to quickly change it for me for free.
There is no beer in the 7-11, though. Maybe an attempt to regulate morality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Smooth ride to Taoyuan airport and MRT have space for luggages. It will be a challenge if it’s crowded. Many people were going in same directions with big luggages. Be careful when you have small kid as the HSR is some distance to the MRT station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The MRT station is clean however they should consider shortening the train frequency. And maybe increase the train speed...quite slow if you are taking the MRT to Taipei.
The view is awesome at night though.
