此社區生活機能上不便利，是條死巷，前不著村後不著店，附近沒有便利商店或超市，要買東西一定要開車或騎車才到的了的楊梅市區。且社區公寓欠缺管理維護，屋況差且漏水嚴重，住戶水準低落車子亂停。位在山坡尚且距離湖口斷層非常近，座落在道路的盡頭。
