★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6/21早上七點五十根本沒有發車，致電至客服表示車子故障故不發車，請問貴公司就是如此的服務態度？平常也沒有定期維修忽然就故障這樣的危機處理實在是令人大開眼界！尖峰通勤時間不發車影響到多少上班的人，應該要再派一輛公車！已經減班了忽然又少車是怎樣！統聯客運真的很爛！

How many people who go to work are affected by the non-departure of the bus during peak commute hours should send another bus! It’s been reduced and suddenly there are fewer cars! United Passenger Transport is really bad!
