學校老師的管理及教學品質就有待加強，學校對老師完全沒有約束力，放任一堆不適任老師亂搞讓許多家長頭痛，不管是好的或不好的學生，教育上是不能有私心及分別的，這是這學校許多老師所欠缺的，也是此學校應該再多對老師所要要求的。
