★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 發票機說列印壞掉藉口拖三天不開,就不知道為什麼不開雲端發票,一定要紙本。都2021年了大哥,過了一個月決定寫評價告訴其他去這間店的老弱婦孺!3天只有一個客人買這不符合邏輯,也根本不可能發生,就是藉故不開發票,還事後致電詢問妄圖更改購買金額,說妳買的型號“好像”沒有換購優惠,還跟總公司客服否認自己沒說過,手機通話都錄音了大哥,發票等三天都沒有很火大才錄音的知道嗎?不知道扣押發票是什麼意思,都說晚點會打電話直接過一天都沒消息。最後是請總公司客服處理才拿到發票,如果消費者是女人還是老人去這間店要小心,不知道存什麼心說『發票列印慢』、『發票機壞掉』藉故拖延不開發票還不主動聯絡當遺忘,到底為什麼不開電子雲端發票一定堅持要紙本。就等發票要辦國稅局業務還讓你一直拖,當大家都很閒就在那追發票嗎?都快要去問國稅局,店家不開給我害我很困擾該如何處置。本來是覺得店員跟店長服務不錯,結果遇上發票事件直接謝謝不聯絡,好感直接刷沒了。就是總公司客服還會事後關懷,公司正面形象非常到位,可身為顧客覺得可以接受,至於店家……張亮眼睛慎選吧!
