★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我的5公升電熱水瓶無法加熱，所以送修，幾天師傅都不連繫故障原因，好不容易接到可以取件的電話（2/2～2/21），晚上去門市，服務人員說～完全測試好了，沒有問題可以正常使用了，我付了款帶回家，心想終於可以正常的有熱水可用，沒想到才打開熱水瓶蓋，居然我的熱水瓶～內殼裂開一個大裂縫！我真是不知道是怎麼維修的？我趕緊再電話連繫～剛好打洋無人接聽，這樣的服務品質，心中感想～台灣的大品牌，是如此的服務品質嗎？明天早上又要再跑一趟，請大同給我一個答覆，到底要消費者怎樣呀？
