★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service. I bought a factory new PRS from them recently and had a choice of 2 models to pick between. The guy was patient and gave me time to practice with both upstairs in their sound proofed guitar room.
It was raining heavily when I went, so couldn't book a taxi. Thankfully, the owners son drove me back to my hotel which is such a nice thing to do.
