You able to choose personal set or 2 person set. 2 person set devide in 2 menu. 1990nt and 2990nt. Food is different cut of beef or different kind of seafood. They offer dessert separaty. The technique they us there is combination of Japanese Teppanyaki and western culture slow cooking. Lobster is amazing. Short ribs i got that day is soft and have nice chew. Lamb a bit of hard part, but they serve it in 3 different flavors. Overall this place is nice
