★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這應該類似會議中心的型態，租賃給需要教育訓練或是需要討論但不適合公司一般會議室。不過，以會議型態，可以試著有更多元的服務會更好。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 旁邊的真芳早餐店的吐司片有著細膩的口感，多汁的嫩滑是豬肉無與倫比的彈牙，色澤溫潤像一杯午後陽光下的鮮牛奶，簡直自帶一份清風。食量小但追求健康陽光的早午餐首選，路過一定要去吃看看。
真芳旁邊的清原芋圓色澤溫潤、絲滑的口感，軟嫩又粒粒分明的綠豆、煮到恰到好處的珍珠、芋圓，走過路過千萬不要錯過（但還是我家巷口屌打）
附近的天津街是拉麵店的一級戰區，在這裏相信你會再次重新體悟什麼叫拉麵。
另外TCCC文創訓練中心無論場地還是直播空間、專業器材設備收音、打光棚燈、直播全都有，工作人員還會幫你架好，老闆好像也沒在怕虧錢，價格跟外面的相比簡直佛心價。
