★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 打電話詢問集保系統問題，不清楚分機因此轉總機請服務人員協助，服務人員態度不佳指責民眾，深入詢問之後才發現總機轉錯部門== 折騰了一下子才到對的部門，後來接電話的服務人員態度更差，問問題讓民眾摸不著頭緒，後來又轉接到另外一個主管，處理後才知道是廠商設定問題，這樣怎麼可以責怪民眾？要不是下限是一顆星，真的完全不想給！
 I called and asked about the CHB system. I didn’t know the extension, so I transferred to the switchboard and asked the service staff for assistance. The service personnel had a poor attitude and blamed the public. After in-depth inquiry, I found that the switchboard was transferred to the wrong department == After a while, I went to the right department. The attitude of the service staff on the phone was even worse. Asking questions made the people confused. Later, they were transferred to another supervisor. After handling them, they realized that it was a problem set by the manufacturer. How could the people be blamed? If the lower limit is not for one star, I really don't want to give it at all!

從大樓正門進入，結算所在2樓。
辦理證券資料查詢，需收手續費，現場領件大約需等待1小時，建議先電話諮詢需準備的文件再前往。

後說要下2樓～
下了2樓，櫃枱沒人。
前己有一對老先生老太太在等（不知己等多久）
大約10:30分，有位先生下來辦理（下來之前服務人員己致歉稱己催樓上二次）。抱怨了同事二次⋯
雖說時間拖遲還不是太久⋯
雖說被催下來服務的人員似乎演得很無奈⋯
是說這種服務水準，為何還要收費？
