★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在5:30去購買飲料，其中一杯是百香雙Q想把珍珠換椰果 後來店員複誦的時候直接說不要珍珠 但我是想換椰果 後來店員直接嘆一口氣 感覺讓我覺得很糟糕 是我口齒不清還是你自己沒聽清？ 我有其中兩杯有說要小杯的 結果全部飲料做好的時候全部都是大杯的？ 是很想下班還是？ 此店員的服務態度讓我感到很不悅 第一次到貴店消費竟遇到這樣待遇 希望能改進 多加強員工訓練

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 常客的經驗：千萬別期待進去會得到店員熱情的招呼，因為店員真的對人愛理不理，他沒主動問你要點什麼你講了也是白講，我覺得店主很有他們的格調。但不否認這家店的飲料比其他家好喝，反正我花錢是要買好喝的不是要買笑，所以我還是會一直去光顧。

He didn’t take the initiative to ask you what you wanted. You said it for nothing. I think the owner has their style. But I don't deny that the drinks in this store are better than others.
