結果飲料做好時是塑膠杯裝
詢問店員能否改用紙杯裝
高高瘦瘦帶眼鏡看起來很像學生的店員回答：「可能沒有辦法，因為飲料是按照比例做的，以後可以一開始就告知他們要用紙杯裝」然後就把飲料丟還給我
隔天到其他分店買飲料一樣是用塑膠杯裝
一樣詢問店員能否改紙杯裝
店員馬上回答：「可以啊，以後可以告訴我們要用紙杯裝，我們就會幫你用紙杯哦」
雖然不知道飲料本身是用什麼裝
自己在買之前也忘了要再詢問一次
但是兩位店員的回答就讓人寧願繞遠路去態度好一點的分店買

But the answers of the two shop assistants made people prefer to go to the branch with a better attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 剛去消費黑糖珍珠奶茶、明明我排第一個客人，我在旁邊等一會兒了，結果卻做給下一位客人茶飲，我上前問請問我的飲料還沒有好嗎？既然現場人員忘記我的存在，沒幫我做茶飲，也忘了我點什麼，當場真的很無言
