Techgene Machinery Co., Ltd. - Fengyuan District

I have bought a Machine (Make- Techgene Machinery ) whom dealer was Subha Solutions  (Director C Naresh), Chennai.i bought this machine, because i was thinking that i will not face any breakdown issues in this company, or if there come any case of breakdown, subha solution will help us on priority basis, because they are our local persons, also when I meet Mr C Naresh,  I thought that this guy is genuine person, and he will help us in case of breakdown. I bought this machine in Dec 2019, and installed it on jan 2020. After that lockdown was imposed in our city and we used this machine after 6 month on its installation. Within one year of installation, the machine got breakdown issues, and it is coming regularly. Subha Solutions tried to help us, but their engineers failed to give us any proper solution for machine breakdown. I deeply regrette it, but subha solutions completely failed in fulfilling their responsibilities . I am requesting again to Mr C Naresh,  to solve our problems and restart our machine to run without any difficulties. For our recent breakdown issue, your engineers tried to help us, but we have not found any solution till now.The machine got started after talking to suba solutions engineer, that's why we thank tz's machine and suba mr c naresh our all his engineers reveal
