It can be regarded as an office building with a history and ongoing maintenance. There are many different units in it. Some units have their own counters on the floor and do not need to renew their certificates on the first floor, such as the National Research Institute on the third floor. Central air-conditioning is adopted. The stairs are equipped with fire safety doors and smoke-proof pouches. The first floor is equipped with AED fool-proof electric shock equipment. The first and second floors are equipped with Ai Taiwan Wi-Fi. Some units may not be able to enter from the stairwell if they do not have an access card. Except for the 2nd, 4th and ground floor, which can be accessed from the stairwell, it is best to take the elevator for the first visit to other floors. The building management committee and two ATM machines are located on the 4th floor. The management committee will regularly hold disaster prevention seminars and training; the 2nd floor can directly go up the stairs, and often hold press conferences, seminars or various science and technology meetings. There is a restaurant on the ground floor, and occasionally there are some different vendors. In response to the epidemic, there is currently a body temperature detection device at the front entrance. There is a hand alcohol disinfection machine on the first floor with a short message system, and the air conditioner is equipped with ultraviolet lamps for disinfection. The restaurant on the ground floor is limited to take-out. The front door of the building will be closed at 7pm, and you must enter and exit from the back door. If a guest leaves on the first floor too late to renew their badges, and the counter is already off work, they can ask the guards to retrieve their badges. The mail room of the building is near the back door.
