★ ★ ★ ★ ★ quality without doubt, but when eating breakfast in the lobby restaurant, service people just came into the room and cleaned it up without permission of lodger, because they knocked the door and no one answered it, and according to their management people's saying, the policy of the hotel is allowed..... strangely, we stayed our luggage and computer opened in the room... not blaming the service people, but this kind of policy is very odd for me...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just called to ask my company's contract with this hotel and the reservation team representative was so rude. I was on a short notice to go to Taichung for business and this is the Thanksgiving weekend and it's hard to contact onsite Amex representative in my company. That's why I asked the hotel directly. He told me to ask my company and refused to service me. He should have got fired. I will never choose this hotel to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's OK. Overall, the hotel isn't really remarkable. Rooms are just OK. However, the staff are nice and helpful. There are plenty of great places to eat nearby.
However, the hotel's greatest strength is also it's biggest weakness. It has the most well equipped gym I've ever seen at a hotel. Unfortunately, the gym and pool are open to the public and it operates like a separate health club. This means the pool has become a gathering place for every old/retired/unemployed man in the area. We avoided it after the first visit. I can understand why a hotel would adopt this approach, but ultimately, it's why we won't be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is a good one despite the fact it’s quite old. The room is spacious and clean! I mean you can feel its age but it’s super clean. We enjoyed the room with the bathtub. We stayed on Saturday, so you can imagine the crowd next day when we were about to go for breakfast. The Mr in charge was really well-organized. Would definitely stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed for one night and I have to say that the experience was great. All the things are there...clean,friebdly staff, easy access, good rooms and so on. The big plus is the huge swimming pool they have and the sauna next to it. The opening time is until 23.00 so you have time to enjoy even after the sun goes down. It's very charming. I would go again and again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice short city stay. Very busy but well managed. We chose the hotel due to the children playroom which is great fun and an available outdoor baby swimming pool. Buffet is decent. Very friendly concierge. Close to some big shopping malls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just spent 2 nights here this past weekend. Very professional and courteous service! I know very little Chinese, but it seemed like any staff member I spoke to could understand my English. I'm very impressed and would highly recommend them to anyone else! The best part was when we took a cab to the nearby HSR, they provided a contact card including the cab number and the hotel's phone number in case you needed to call back if any issue arose. Very detail oriented.
