★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the vegetarian set lunch and the eel set lunch last Friday, a very pleasant experience. The good was well prepared, beautifully presented and the service was top notch. The Californian white wine suggested was a good match.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love sneaking over to beitou for hit springs randomly and we choose different places all the time. Unfortunately the room and service were underwhelming. Wife was asking a few questions about longer and overnight stays and she replied, we don't give discounts. Um....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed at the hotel for a night and had their seasonal kaiseki dinner. It was very good and very authentic. Dishes were beautifully plated and the restaurant put great efforts in sourcing the freshest seasonal ingredients. The service was exceptional as well.
