銷售人員John 試駕時，很有耐心的回答各種問題，不會讓人有一直要推銷的感覺！
重點是很有禮貌，也很專業 ，解決了我所有的疑惑，也對目前特斯拉更有信心了！

During the test drive, John, the salesperson, answered various questions patiently, and would not make people feel like they have to sell all the time!
The point is to be very polite and professional. It has solved all my doubts and I have more confidence in the current Tesla!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 展間寬敞，但蚊子很多。服務人員解說很清楚，試駕路程雖不長但也是體驗一些特別的功能，不過產品本身好像沒有歐洲進口車的質感，車子還是乘坐舒適比較重要。

提前9:45到特斯拉展間取車，警衛大哥蠻親切，似乎一人就能hold客人，沒有人來打招呼，也只有水和不舒服的椅子可坐。等到10點正式開始，與其他兩台準車主一起聽簡報，年輕人簡報真的可以再講慢一點，有感情會更好，接下來30分鐘緊湊的檢查車輛與交車，我手拿一本自己準備的點收清單，還沒來得及清點完畢完，廣播就要趕人似的，服務還可加強，車漆也稍有刮痕，記得要告知服務人員記錄下來。

I went to the Tesla booth to pick up the car at 9:45 in advance. The guard was very kind. It seemed that one person could hold the guests. No one came to say hello, and only water and uncomfortable chairs could sit on. Wait until 10 o’clock to officially start, and listen to the briefing with the other two prospective car owners. The briefing for young people can really be slower. It will be better to have feelings. In the next 30 minutes, I will check the vehicle and deliver it tightly. I have a copy in my hand. The checklist prepared by myself, before the count is completed, the broadcast will be like rushing people, the service can be enhanced, and the paint is slightly scratched, remember to inform the service staff to record it.

Andy was the representative/salesman that accompanied me and my family in a little journey that I was longing to do for a long time. The excellence , impartiality, reverence, professionalism, friendship, courtesy, and proficiency that categorize such examplar employee are just a few qualities to mention about Andy, the security guard, and a young lady that showed me the way inside the Tesla shop. I drove the Model 3 Performance, but with in view for a Tesla Y Long Range 5 seats. Also, you all did the most difficult change in all the process of this wonderful test-drive, today. You convinced my Wife about Tesla vehicles. For that and so many other things more, I thank you from the bottom of my heart! <3
