一顆星緣由：早上進去內湖總部後，櫃檯小姐當我們是隱形人一樣，沒有招呼沒有詢問，任由我們在角落桌子，她自顧自的看電腦。沒多久另一位男服務人員經過我們身邊依舊是當我們隱形人，完全沒有詢問，等到交車時間已過十分鐘後，先生主動跑去櫃檯問，小姐才說是最裡面那間才是交車處⋯
這是內湖特斯拉待客之道，跟信義區人員相比，是1分跟99分的差別。
