J	Joseph on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很特別的地方，不是一般的咖啡店，是古坑咖啡企業自創品牌-TGC台灣咖啡莊園(Taiwan Good Coffee)的生產工廠，路過看到高分評價進來，一開始很不好意思打擾，但是老闆娘很主動的為我們介紹自家的品牌跟產品，分享咖啡的知識，手沖咖啡讓我們嘗試，非常感謝。莊園有在古坑地區，阿里山山脈山上農場自種的咖啡豆也有跟小農契作的豆子，新鮮的豆子，新鮮烘培，雖然平常沒有很懂咖啡，但嘗試不同咖啡的過程，確實有很不一樣的體驗。如果人數較多或團體要體驗，建議先預約比較好哦！ Very special place, not a normal coffee shop, but a production factory of Gukeng Coffee Company's own brand-TGC Taiwan Good Coffee. The manor is in the Gukeng area. The coffee beans grown on the farm in the Alishan Mountains also have beans made with small farmers. Fresh beans and fresh roasting. Although they do n’t usually understand coffee, they often try different coffee processes. A different experience. The Alishan hand-brewed coffee sold at the Gukeng rest station is obviously not medium-shallow, but more like middle-shallow or even medium-deep (although this is my subjective feeling).
