Great place to have your lunch. The amount of food is great, chicken is tender, nachos is ok with a proper amount of sour cream and guacamole. Service is well. This place is great for family to dine in too. Overall is great.

It's an embarrassing experience here. Not like other Friday's anywhere, the waiters are not really patient enough to take your order, instead they tried to let there process to be easy for themselves. I'm sad they told me the fries are not suitable for vegans, but I had them in other Friday's. What's worse, the serving is quite less than other Friday's. My mushroom was much less than I ate before. Is mushroom so expensive in Taoyuan? Damn.

All their waiters and waitress are friendly and kind. They serve quality food just like every TGI Friday's. However, it is very crowded during the weekend, you must make reservations before you come here. It locates in the outlet, make it very popular here, especially there's not so many choices here.

Literally a place where you can enjoy the food and perfect service. The Beyond burger and nacho is amazing. Thanks Cara, Sky and the bartender (a girl I didn’t ask her name), we had a great night.

To get our order wrong, wait 30 minutes for tap beer, and get asked to pay for the bill when you are still in the middle of your meal, is absolutely ridiculous. Manager was very nice but some of the staff does not understand the meaning of customer service and a basics of waiting a table

Food was good with nice portions. Staff were friendly. The day we went was quite busy so there was about an hour wait for the table. If you go on a busy day, get a table reservation first, then you can shop around while waiting for the table, they will buzz you when the table is ready.

Came here on a weekday evening for after shopping around the outlet at around 7:30. The place was pretty packed and we were seated fairly fast. The service and attitude from the waiter was also pretty good however things took a drastic turn when our food arrived. The salad that came first had brown leaves on around half of the order, the ribs are pretty good as well as the dessert. In the middle of our course, one of the waiter suddenly brought half a roast chicken to our table saying it’s our order, I then use my fork to try some of the chicken resulting in the skin of the chicken being uneven we done even flapping out. We spoke with the waiter and apparently there is a mixup in which the chicken was meant for the table behind us. Without any hesitation he quickly pull his finger to his mouth and makes a shushing gesture and bring the whole chicken with the skin flapping down to the table behind us. I was mortified by his action and immediately spoke with the manager. The manager was acknowledges the seriousness of the waiters action however decided to talk to him right on the spot. I believe telling him after work would be better however she decided to tell him right away resulting in a very weird feeling for us throughout the rest of dinner. I would definitely not visit again as this sort of standard and behavior is disgusting. Not only did the employees did not receive the proper training, the manager didn’t even apologize nor remove the chicken from the table behind us. I mean what if we were sick?

All of the dishes we ordered were so tasty but we weren't able to finish them all. The one I like the most was the glazed ribs. Not only the meat was so soft but also so rich. The price is so reasonable. Also, the staff members were so friendly and hospitable. Last but not least, the atmosphere is so cozy.
