★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything is usually ok, but this particular Tainan branch is not flexible with some minor changes on the set menu we ordered (there’s a pasta dish on the CNY set menu which cannot be ordered a la carte, also not allowing us to switch from regular Coca Cola to Coke Zero which to us seems irrational.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly environment. A good place for gathering. Always not crowded, which is good. Food is okay, a bit pricey, and the menu doesn’t change so options are limited, dessert menu is especially tiny. Alcoholic drinks are available. There’s also happy hour every weekday with discounts on different items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called ahead and ordered and when I arrived 10 mins later my food was waiting for me.
The waiter Pinky was super sweet and really nice. Very interested in whether I was happy with everything.
The dessert was delicious.
I personally think it's a bit pricey but the food and service were very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn't have expected to ever love TGI Fridays so much. The Fridays at the Mitsukoshi is an authentic American experience. The portions are gigantic and loaded with hyper flavor. The staff here is also very friendly and accomodating to English speakers.
We have been here twice and had a pleasant experience both times. Upon arrival you are donned with a green sticker that might have something to do with the Toms World next to the restaurant although I'm uncertain.
The menus are accessible with a QR code and drinks are served with paper straws.
This is the only place in Taiwan I've been able to get buffalo wings with blue cheese dip. Their quesadilla is like if bruschetta tried to be a quesadilla. It's pretty good but definitely not authentic Mexican. Like I said, this place is American.
We will definitely be back for some more food to remind us of home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious, atmospheric, wonderful place that is nicely decorated. Plenty of seating options, from normal tables and chairs, to semi circular couches. There are also several TVs on the wall.
Refillable drinks are available during lunch time, if I recall correctly. Nice food, I really enjoyed the kungfu burger. The waiters and waitresses here are helpful, responsive and hard working.
Pity that the air conditioning is conjoined with the mall's, as it is not a contained space with full walls, so it may be a little warm in certain corners during the starting hours, and the noise from the arcade games outside its space can be loud. Nonetheless still bearable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was weekend , it wasnt that crowded because people organise costumers well.. but on our experience we waited like 10minutes but we are already told so, so we are also willing to, and the food was good expect it as pricey but if you cant it all of it you can bring it home ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for dinner with colleagues. The environment is nice and the staff is friendly.
Overall the meal was good. Everything was flavorful and tasty. Only problem was the steak I ordered was a little too undercooked even for rare. Next time I'll most likely ask for a medium well done to get a medium rare. It is more expensive than the average spot too.
