★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mediocre Thai chain restaurant. Great service and ambience (not to mention the other Thai restaurant opened by the same owner is quite good) so I keep returning hoping for a less tasteless experience but have been disappointed time and time again unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chain with surprisingly decent localised Thai food. I actually prefer many of the dishes here to authentic Thai food. It's just a shame that the menu has been the same for so many years, as they seem very unwilling to even offer specials, which means it gets repetitive to go and eat here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are ordering the food with them (非常泰安和店）from Uber eats, please reconsider!! They cancelled our order after about an hour of the estimated arrival time. The thing is, I scheduled this delivery two days before the lunch, however, I’m very shocked and upset to see that they have cancelled the order at 12:30, while our order should be arriving at between 11:45am and 12:00pm. PLEASE RECONSIDER when you are ordering with them.
PS I found that this is 瓦城安和店 and they also have their page on Ubereats. I guess they are somehow linked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not authentic Thai in taste, its very much been localised. In saying that it surprisingly doesn't taste bad. Taste is not as heavy as traditional Thai, and also not too oily.
Presentation and service is pretty good. Price is slightly on the high side for a chain restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place serves good and delicious Thai food. It's a bit pricey but the portions are big so it is worth the money. They have English menu and some seasonal sets or offerings so watch out for those. They accept foreign credit cards as a mode of payment.
