完全不值得這個價位,肉質是很好,旁邊蔬菜太少,加點套餐又貴又普。平均一客2000以上的牛排,烹調前沒有先和顧客溝通調味方式,就只問熟度。 點餐時就已經講了「不要胡椒」,還跟店員確認好幾次,結果上桌才發現餐點都灑上胡椒和辣粉,小孩吃得很辛苦,反應之後也不積極處理,只有說盡量去掉但不能完全弄掉,十分傻眼。當天難得跟重要朋友一起聚餐,現場也懶得再多說什麼。

肋眼牛排坦白說、沒有很驚艷。可能是因為在國外吃到真的很好吃的。鮮蝦野菇麵一盤$980吃了兩口之後就很膩。不過碳烤鮮蝦凱撒沙拉不錯吃。服務雖不錯、不過站在旁邊會給人一種壓力、尤其當客人不多時。
The rib eye steak was frankly not amazing. Maybe it's because it's really delicious to eat abroad. A plate of fresh shrimp and wild mushroom noodles is $980, and after two bites, it is very tired. But the charcoal grilled shrimp caesar salad is delicious. The service is good, but standing next to it can be stressful, especially when there are not many customers.

2/14點了兩份主餐,我明白是情人節所以便宜的義大利麵沒上價(其他店也會有假日限制消費,這是業內潛規則),但是兩個人吃完了兩分加湯品甜點飲料套餐居然沒吃飽,原因在於肉太油膩,將近3000的肉料理,理論上應該會把肥肉跟筋汰除掉,留下精華,而且兩份明明都是五分熟的,一份看起來是三分另一份大概是七分,肉本身如果料理的當,基本上只需要鹽巴跟胡椒,但是當天卻膩到需要跟服務生要一份調味醬,然後還吃不完需要打包,回家後吃吐司墊胃。 其實假日去餐館用餐會比較貴是合理的,但是應該要提出合宜的品質,畢竟不是每天吃,貴沒有關係,但是要讓人流連忘返,而不是一次就再見的消費經驗,畢竟這個價位還能讓人吃不飽也很不容易啊…

好吃且特別的用餐體驗。 點餐方式很特別,不像一般店家是以套餐計價,而是依照點的肉品重量計價,今天點了菲力牛排與松阪豬,主廚aka店長很細心的介紹每種肉品的特色並建議適合的熟度,挑好肉之後放在電子秤上顯示單價、重量與總價,便完成了主餐的點餐。 點完主餐回到座位後,親切的服務人員便前來詢問是否要升級套餐及是否需要加點開胃菜、沙拉等品項,到此點餐結束。 點完餐坐了一下下之後,還令人驚喜地送來了特別招待的烤玉米,非常好吃。 每道餐點都好吃得令我們驚呼連連,吃到一半突然想到:「咦?我們只點了肉,沒有選擇調理方式!」詢問過服務人員後得到了「我們針對每種肉品會有不同的調味方式,這些是我們多方嚐試後得到最適合的才定案開始販售。」 非常有特色的一間店,若有機會會再帶其他朋友來訪!
