★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place in Penghu for a laid back beer or cocktail with awesome beach vibes and a friendly crowd (expat and local). You can also rent a surfboard/body board/SUP here, as well as snorkelling gear. If you want to take a surf lesson speak to Ted, the owner. English and Chinese. Community dinner served every Sunday in summer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The husband and wife team here are great, super welcoming and chill! Good vibes all around, and solid drinks. Ted (the bartender) is also a painter, and he and his wife made/decorated everything you see there! Also two chill dogs keeping the place warm ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Penghu's Must Visit Bar for all foreigners who want to drink in a place that actually has soul. This place attracts good people and good conversation, and has a real cozy vibe. Plus it's the best place for insider tips on what to see in Penghu.
My friends and I found this place by accident since we were at 沙滩 beach, but it was one of the highlights of our trip. If it happens to be open, don't miss it!
