★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 該店非常年輕的櫃姐非常不重視客戶感受，雖不是VIP但大多數都是有在購買貴公司產品的，我說了不要優惠組合，臉就垮下來，結帳對著我說妳不是正式會員喔。看了發票連我的積分計算也沒計入....台北台中都會遇到態度很差的店員，未來會考慮換一個品牌。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去過兩次，第一次因急用而買了香水，櫃姐只有結帳和拉會員的時候特別殷勤。
第一次還在選購時，以及第二次沒買都這副樣子：沒有要招呼客人、介紹香水是請客人看用完的空瓶而非tester，試香紙藏在抽屜、索取時只給一張，不知道這間店究竟有沒有要賣香水…
希望第一次的刮刮樂活動券在其他的the body shop分店也可以使用，業績給這間太可惜。
