開非常久的門市,在我高中時就是他們的超級粉絲跟超級VIP ,以前都固定在這間購買,後來都換別的地方買...因為服務人員態度退步很多.老實說真的很懷念以前的服務人員與親切度....

在2/19到三民門市購買乳液,店員很熱心的幫我調貨,因為我要的那款缺貨,當時也詢問店員到貨日期方便取貨,店員告知最快是2/21到或是2/24號到,會再通知我過去取貨,我也清楚調貨需要時間,就這樣無聲無息的到了禮拜一也沒有任何電話通知我,我自己覺得很奇怪於是打電話到門市詢問,接電話的店員說,其它門市禮拜一才剛要寄出,又要我等,到了禮拜四2/27號,我又打了第二次電話確認我的商品情況,接電話的店員完全沒問我資料就說貨到了,有傳簡訊給我了,我心裡想到底是怎樣?完全沒有收到任何通知,是傳給誰了?然後店員心虛的要我等一下,才又改口說,還沒拆貨還沒整理,那請問前面是在說什麼呢?我真的無法理解在實體店面買個東西要等超過10天!後面聽到我語氣不開心了才說要寄貨給我,我一樣再確認到貨日期,店員信誓旦旦的保證會在2/28就是今天到貨,結果就是我被騙了!根本沒收到貨!這種爛店不好意思我真的不敢再光臨,而且價格跟網站上一樣,而且在官網買早就到貨了!我對商品完全沒意見,是這家門市讓我太失望了!

【此篇純屬使用心得分享,請斟酌服用】 當天晚上我們開車到店裡購買一些盥洗用品。 而遇到的店員整體來說有失專業.... 事情是這樣,我們此次前來想找洗面乳,店員得知後劈哩啪啦介紹一大堆 各種 全部 所有(我想表達就是很誇張那樣) 的潔面商品給我們,因為屬於敏感肌 也不太適合大部分的洗面商品 當然也主動告知了店員。推銷倒也無彷,只是一直讓我們不斷的試各種產品的氣味(香氣) 卻沒介紹產品是否可以舒緩及調節臉部的功效等(是說香氛固然重要 但相衡下來呈現的結果更為重要) 後來發現原來店員推薦商品皆是由單價高的開始推 也沒有先了解顧客的肌膚狀況 再針對適合的商品做篩選,期間還不斷的推 禮品組、特價組、買幾送幾的一大卡車商品。 我想當天她真的很缺業績齁.... 我建議,先針對顧客的需求 了解其狀況後再推薦適合的潔膚商品,真想推銷也應該是繼續推薦保養系列嘛....而不是一昧的推薦相同性質的商品。 值得一提是,大大的店裡中間放了美麗的洗臉檯,店員沒有善加利用展現商品的優點 實在可惜。 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 接下來要介紹的是產品使用心得 【蘆薈舒緩卸妝乳】一款潔淨力幾乎是.....零 的卸妝產品。(如圖) 我平常不太化妝,最多就是畫了眉毛敷衍了事。而最讓我感受到驚喜的地方是這款卸妝乳再經過三次的搓揉洗淨後 我的眉毛依然還停留在臉上 (阿不是說卸妝乳嘛??) 市面上藥妝店買到的卸妝乳相較於此篇所提的這款卸妝乳 清潔力真的強太多了 會購買此產品也是詢問過店員,想找舒緩、敏感肌適用的卸妝乳。頭幾回使用後我的臉有些許灼熱感,但這可能是只是我自己的感受(這我沒有太在意) 我想提醒大家,買此類(有關臉部清潔及保養)的商品 如果在時間及狀況許可下 可詢問店員是否可以適用,只有自己才會知道答案。唯有這樣才能有效的清潔及保養臉部維持最好的狀態。
