整套餐點總體來說都很好吃,會想再去吃。主餐是乾式熟成帶骨肋眼牛排,烤布蕾面積很大,焦糖又很厚實,而布丁體相較之下淺淺的,可以吃的很過癮。

第一次來訪此店,驚為天人~ ?因為不吃牛,點了伊比利豬,肉質很新鮮,廚師料理後口感很Q彈微脆,餐點的部分都很不錯(因為一直吃就沒什麼拍照) ?用餐環境很舒服,也沒有油煙味! ?廚師人很好,服務人員很有禮貌,上菜有任何問題都會回答! ?結論:值得用餐的店家,會回訪!!!然後真的吃很飽?

第一次嘗試乾式熟成牛排⋯ 澳洲9+戰斧肋眼牛蠻酷的,份量蠻大,吃到後面會膩,可能我還是比較習慣濕式熟成比較juice~ 前菜及湯品甜點都很喜歡,盤子很吸睛我覺得美到不行!!!

點了乾式戰斧肋眼&濕式老饕,肋眼油花洽到好處、乾式熟成的肉香濃郁,老饕也在水準之上,表面烤得相當酥脆。雖然餐廳的空間、裝潢氛圍不及其他同價位的高級牛排館,服務生上菜時的介紹仍明顯生疏,份量上稍嫌少了一些(去骨後肉量不如預期),但從前菜、牛排肉質到甜點在口味上的表現令人滿意。

六顆星!!非常非常棒,完全沒有任何負評的體驗。餐廳外觀和內部裝潢都十分有質感,對面空地可以停車,對開車的用餐客人來說很體貼、覺得方便。擺盤、餐具、色彩氛圍都搭配的甚好,有整體的感覺。服務員介紹餐點仔細,回應迅速,用餐節奏掌握得宜,統一都穿著全身黑色,乾淨整齊,視覺舒服,顯現出專業度。麵包是用洛神花為基底,口感香脆,還可以續加;日本鯛佐以橙橘泡沫,旁邊的蜜柑有輕微的燒烤,洽到好處,泡沫口感細緻且入味;湯頭濃郁但完全不會死鹹,是鮮甜清香的,干貝在嘴裡嚼完後香氣四溢,最後,伊比利豬老饕上蓋肉,烹調處理的手法讓表層酥脆,肉質軟嫩,簡直可以到入口即化的程度,太好吃了啦~實際上的體驗直接大大超越在網路上看到的圖,零負評,絕對還會再訪,店家說預計每季都會換菜單,期待!
