「依加值型及非加值型營業稅法第3條第2項但書及同法施行細則第6條規定，不屬於營業稅課稅範圍，國稅局會核定藥師、藥劑生之執行業務所得並課徵綜合所得稅，因此，民眾拿健保特約醫院或診所醫師開立的處方箋，前往使用統一發票的藥局領藥，藥局不用開立發票。但藥局銷售上述業務以外之其他藥品或生活保健用品等收入，則須開立發票並繳納營業稅，所以民眾如是自行到藥局購買一般成藥、保健食品或其他生活用品等，藥局應開立發票交付買受人。」
繼續有逃漏稅嫌疑我會檢舉。
