★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外場服務生都很親切又熱情，用餐的時候可以感受到美式牛排館的服務態度，在我有選擇性障礙時，不厭其煩的解說，笑容滿面又有耐心，服務很棒！
雖然服務生大力推薦沙朗，肉質不錯也蠻好吃的，可是跟菲力比起來遜色了一點點，菲力的軟嫩多汁，五分熟度也很剛好，大推！
沙拉跟湯就很普通，現打果汁一般般，而壽星的生日蛋糕好大一個，兒子吃得很開心。
櫃檯的服務生感覺較為嚴肅了些，有點可惜。
The waiters in the field are very kind and enthusiastic. You can feel the service attitude of the American steakhouse when I have a meal. When I have a selective barrier, I tirelessly explain, smile and have patience, and the service is great!
Although the waiter highly recommends the sirloin, the meat is good and delicious, but it is a little bit inferior to the filet. The filet is tender and juicy, and the half-maturity is just right. It's a big push!
Salads and soups are very common, and fresh juices are just so good, but the birthday cake for the birthday star is so big, and my son ate very happily.
The waiter at the counter felt more serious, which is a pity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 21/01/02中午一開門就去用餐，帶位還有現場點餐服務人員態度都很好，點了法式烤春雞跟胡桃鮭魚排，都很好吃欸！尤其烤春雞真的很香，不要沾醬吃，本身香料就夠味道～蘋果汁也好喝！?
21/01/02 I went to eat as soon as the door opened at noon, and the attitude of the staff and the on-site ordering staff were very good. I ordered the French roast spring chicken and walnut salmon steak, which were all delicious! Especially the roasted spring chicken is really fragrant, don't eat it with sauce, the spice itself is enough to taste ~ apple juice is also delicious! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Cut is a good teppanyaki restaurant located inside the E-DA Royal Hotel. If you are staying at the hotel definitely come check out the awesome steak and lobster grilled in front of you. Everything is as it should be. Excellent service. Apparently they have a buffet breakfast too but I didn't go for that and went for the full dinner instead. Check it out, it's good.
