Eat and see take-out bentos from five-star restaurants. I bought the cheapest Kyoto steak lunch box for 180 yuan. The sauces and vegetables are very salty, don't push it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the typical bakery you'd find in Taiwan. Not a good selection of traditional Asian bread, but carry a variety of foreign breads from baguettes to ciabatta. Breads are larger or sold in batches of 2. Don't expect anything to be less than 90NTD.
They are the only decent bread bakery within two blocks of here.
My biggest qualm is that there is no bread even at 10am. A staff member told me they start stocking items around 11am.
Staff can speak English and take credit cards.
